CAUSE OF DEATH: Duckworth fell and broke her leg while at her Quebec cottage. She died on August 22, 2009 after receiving palliative care at a hospital in Magog, Quebec.

CAUSE OF DEATH: Hewitt was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March 2009. He died of pancreatic cancer on August 19, 2009 at his home in Bridgehampton, New York. He was survived by his wife of 30 years, Marilyn Berger, and four children.
